•Accident. Police said Ronnie N. Roman, 42, of Milford, Iowa, became ill while driving south  on Route 18 in Wilmington Township at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday. His truck swerved off the road and hit a tree. He was treated at Jameson Hospital.

•John F. Gwin II, 30, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney’s office with 16 counts of conspiracy to commit theft.

New Castle police charged the following:

•Antonio D. Annarumo, 18, of New Castle, burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.

•Ebony Laquise Davis, 25, of New Castle, disorderly conduct, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating vehicle without required insurance.

•Corey J. Kradel, 36, of Mercer, Pa., forgery, bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

•Elizabeth J. Nelson, 23, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Kevin Brian Lorello, 28, of Edinburg, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disorderly conduct, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to use safety belt.

Ellwood City police charged the following:

•Sharon Cox, 34, of Ellwood City, hindering apprehension or prosecution.

•Dustin Craig Nicoll, 34, of New Castle, criminal trespass.

•Ian Pitts-williams, 23, of Youngstown charged by Mahoning Township police with two counts each of aggravated assault and terroristic threats and one count each of burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Union Township police charged the following:

•Marissa N. Kerr, 20, of Grove City, disorderly conduct and two counts of conspiracy.

•Desiree L. Niglio, 28, of New Castle, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count each of simple assault and harassment.

•Nicole M. Wallace, 39, of New Castle, two counts of retail theft.

DAVID B. RISHEL

•Philip Julian, 48, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with operating vehicle without valid inspection.

The Shenango Area School District charged the following:

•Peggy Smith, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Winifred Murphy, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance violation.
