NEW CASTLE — District judges

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Donald D. Watt, 54, of New Castle, nine counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of aggravated assault, simple assault, careless driving, reckless driving and following too closely.

•Danika N. Fischer, 24, of New Castle, three counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and intent to possess a controlled substance.

•Kimberlee Carbone, 38, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and signaling improperly.

•Tristan N. Morgan, 28, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Joseph Thomas Shuttleworth, 25, of Ellwood City, charged by state police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

Pulaski Township police charged the following people:

•James A. Zingaro, 55, of West Middlesex, violation of air pollution control ordinance.

•Robert Lewis Heaney Jr., 31, of Pulaski, disorderly conduct, operating vehicle without valid inspection and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.
