New Castle police charged the following people:

•Nick Denofrio, 19, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Michael Todd Falba, 29, of New Castle, possession of a small amount of marijuana-not for sale, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.

•Ericka Leigh Lindgren, 41, of Natrona Heights, Pa., defiant trespass and criminal trespass.

•Debra K. Bieselt of Ellwood City, charged by municipal animal control with pet confined within the premises of the owner violation.

•Paul Lynch of New Castle, charged by municipal code enforcement with three counts of violation of borough ordinance.

•Chad Gummp, of Slippery Rock, charged privately with bad checks.

State police charged the following people:

•Arthur James Michaels, 37, of Portersville, retail theft.

•James E. Brandt, 36, of Portersville, retail theft.

•Rodney Scott Tubbs, 47, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with use of artificial/natural bait violation.

•Keith Brian Trigg, 23, New Eagle, Pa. — Costs of prosecution, $100 fine. He pleaded guilty to harassment.

•Joshua David Simmons, 21, Ellwood City —Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $1,201 restitution divided among eight victims less any amount paid by codefendants. He pleaded guilty to theft.

•Cynthia Marie Bartlone, 46, Edinburg — A $100 fine and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to prostitution and related offenses.

•Scott Aron Tyler Gough, 22, New Castle — Eleven days to 12 months in jail with credit for 11 days served, costs of prosecution, $45 restitution to the Union Township police department, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral, mental health evaluation. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.

•Scott Aron Tyler Gough, 22, New Castle — A $200 fine. He pleaded guilty to driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

•Darrick Brian Waters, 47, New Castle — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and the remaining 21 months on probation, $1,500 fine, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral, 18-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Christopher R. Fiello, 40, New Castle — Ninety days to two years less one day in the Lawrence County jail followed by parole, $1,500 fine, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Christopher R. Fiello, 40, New Castle — Six months probation, $560 restitution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral, 18-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property.

•Donald William Wansitler, 35, New Castle — Sixteen days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 16 days served, costs of prosecution, $100 fine and $10 restitution. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Marcell Dashon Kelly, 23, Sharon — Two years probation, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral. He pleaded guilty to possession of a concealed firearm without a license.

•Hillary Ryhal, 25, New Castle —Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $49.32 restitution to Walmart, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Emily Grace Book, 19, New Castle — Three years probation, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral. She pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft.

•Natalie Faye Griffin, 21, New Castle — Six days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for five days served and the balance of her sentence served on parole, costs of prosecution, $1 restitution to the Eldorado Motel, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral. She pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Tracy Lynn Padilla, 48, New Castle — Seven to 14 days in the Lawrence County jail with credit for one day served. She pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

•Tracy Lynn Padilla, 48, New Castle — Seven to 14 days in the Lawrence County jail with credit for one day served to be served concurrently with any other sentence, costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
