•Raymond Burke, 67, of New Castle, driving under the influence.

•Eva Whisel, 28, of New Castle, two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment.

•David D. Moye, 35, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Antonio Montgomery, 47, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

The New Castle school district has charged the following people:

•Dwight Rager, 35, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance.

•Angelo Johnson, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance.

•Richard Duffy, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance.

•Amanda Bradaw, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance.

•Jermaine Morton, 48, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Thomas Myers, 33, of Ellwood City, defiant trespass.

•Lassy Jo Loccissano, 23, of Ellwood City, theft by unlawful taking.

•Timothy Curtis Patterson, 22, of Ellwood City, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.

The Ellwood City school district charged the following people:

•Elisa Arceo, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance.

•Nicole Halstead, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance.

•Amber Kelosky, 28, of Ellwood City, compulsory attendance.

•Rhonda Miller, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance.

Wampum police charged the following people:

•Anna Marie King, 30, of Ellwood City, harassment.

•Jessica M. Ritter, 28, of Wampum, harassment.

•Steve Penwell, 50, of New Castle, was charged by the Lawrence County District Attorney with failure to apply for a dog license, failure to have dog or cat vaccinated, and failure to keep dog licensed.

•Joyce Rose, 56, of New Castle, was charged by the Lawrence County District Attorney with failure to have dog or cat vaccinated and failure to apply for a dog license.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Julie Santellan, 40, of Ellwood City, two counts of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed.

•Nikki Lynn Sidorchuk, 29, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Frank Duwayne Iwanejko, 26, of New Castle, three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of theft by unlawful taking.

•Aaron Andrew Duffy, 31, of Edinburg, was charged by Bessemer police with two counts of receiving stolen property.

•John J. Honaker III, 42, of Madison, Ohio, was charged by Union Township police with two counts of retail theft, four counts of conspiracy, two counts of receiving stolen property, and two counts of criminal mischief.

•Michael James Pitzer, 24, of New Castle, was charged by Neshannock Township police with two counts of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and not using headlights.

•Ruth A. Voland, 65, of New Castle, was charged with violating the Neshannock Township junkyard ordinance.
