New Castle police charged the following people:

•Jeffery David Hooks, 49, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Malcolm K. Jones, 20, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Melissa Marie Ashour, 32, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence.

•Raymond Hampton, 47, of Pittsburgh, possession of marijuana and disorderly house.

•Eric Steven Pennachio, 42, of New Castle, harassment.

•Lavern Rose, 49, of New Castle, disorderly house.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following people:

•Beth Allshouse of New Castle, non-removal of dog feces and violation of garbage and rubbish collections rules and regulations.

•Michael Wyant of New Castle, non-removal of dog feces and violation of garbage and rubbish collections rules and regulations.

•Alan Michael Kreitzer, 29, of New Galilee, charged by state police with harassment.

•Craig Antonio Morrow Jr., 29, of New Castle, charged by Ellwood City police with driving under the influence, violation of period requiring lighted lamps, driving without a license, reckless driving and possession of marijuana.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Bryan Frank Alston, 30, of New Castle, possession of marijuana.

•Nichole L. Martin, 26, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Bradley Eppinger, 25, of Slippery Rock, simple assault and harassment.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Andrew David Price, 24, of East Liverpool, Ohio, retail theft.

•Amy Elizabeth Vasquez, 41, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Alyssa Haley Kauffman, 19, of Pulaski, charged by Pulaski Township police with two counts of corruption of minors and one count each of possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and sale of tobacco violation.
