On The Record: Today’s district judge reports

NEW CASTLE — Melissa A. Amodie

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Dolly Jean Brown, 30, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Dustin James Chapman, 18, of New Castle, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Jordan Lee Musguire, 27, of New Castle, receiving stolen property, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, requirement for commercial driver’s license violation and prohibitions/suspended privilege.

•Jill Rebecca Hooks, 29, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Donald P. Freeman III, 38, of Bessemer, theft by deception.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following:

•Jody Madison, 41, of New Castle, two counts of failure to cut weeds or grass and one count each of weeds, trees and ornamental shrubs violation and sidewalks and driveways violation.

•Robert L. Brown of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Virginia G. Brown of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Valli J. Logan of Butler, defacement of property/failure to remove graffiti and exterior walls violation.

•Stonecrest Income Opportunity of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•K and C Properties of New Castle, accumulation of garbage or rubbish.

•Lisa Wright of New Castle, sidewalks and driveways violation.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Erica Michelle Bennett, 25, of Detroit, Mich., manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy.

•Donsha Johntaye Crutcher, 24, of Detroit, Mich., manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy.

•Terry Ladale Brown, 33, of Detroit, Mich., manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy.

•Edward Terry, 45, of Detroit, Mich., manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy.

•Trevor Huda Lyons, 18, of New Middletown, Ohio, charged by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with littering near waters.

•Tre Michael Miller, 19, of Ellwood City, charged by New Castle police with purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Lissa Lerae Hopson, 26, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane, turning movements and required signals violation, driving with no rear lights, having an improper muffler and operating vehicle without a valid inspection.

•Jessy James Rotar, 19, of New Castle, charged by state police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•John T. Perry, 42, of Akron, Ohio, scattering rubbish on land or stream.

•Jalen A. Waters, 19, of New Castle, harassment.

•Cynthia R. Wiseman, 52, of New Castle, criminal mischief.

•Steven Louis Haynes, 60, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Charles R. Bielski, 49, of Pulaski, receiving stolen property.

Scott A. McGrath

•David Michael Turner, 22, of Edinburg, charged by Pulaski Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and unsworn falsification to authorities.

•Jeffrey Leon Norris, 38, of Edinburg, charged by Neshannock Township police with four counts each of forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and identity theft.

•Helen E. Weaver of Jamestown, N.Y., charged by New Wilmington’s code enforcement department with sidewalk maintenance violation.

•Nikolas Anthony Santarcangelo, 18, of Pittsburgh, charged by Neshannock Township police with disorderly conduct.
