•Burglary. Someone forced open a kitchen door at a home on Line Road Monday afternoon and took various items.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Justin Robert Frishkorn, 28, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Tabatha Monique Scales-Lanier, 44, of New Castle, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and disorderly house.

•Michelle R. Murphy/Sawyer, 47, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Anthony Leo Sipe, 23, of New Castle, arrest prior to requisition.

•Dorian Allen Cullen, 31, of New Castle, four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and one count each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and criminal trespass.

•Timothy Pickard of Sharon, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•William Dempsey, 33, of Newton Falls, Ohio, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

•Harry Carcase, 21, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

•Coltin Wayne Gardner, 21, of New Castle, charged by Ellwood City police with two counts of harassment and one count of simple assault.

•Carrie Kreitzer of New Castle, charged by dog law enforcement with vaccination against rabies required, failure to produce license and failure to apply for dog license.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Cameron J. Hicks, 20, of New Castle, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment.

•John Carmen Nerti, 43, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
