•Jessie Lee Hedrick, 28, New Castle — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $246.86 restitution to Walmart. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.
•Jessie Lee Hedrick, 28, New Castle — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $160 restitution to Walmart. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.
•Felicia M. Abraham, 28, New Castle — One year probation and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
•Anthony James Murphy, 21, New Brighton — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution and $600 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to theft.
•David Donald Cleaver, 40, New Castle — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $6.35 restitution to Shop ‘N Save. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.
•Vincent Andrew Crans, 25, New Castle — Six months probation and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.
•Nicole Marie Valenti, 32, New Castle — Two years probation and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to hindering apprehension.
•Alexander James Kaufman, 24, New Castle —Three months probation and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Julius Michael Williams, 23, Detroit — Sixty days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 62 days served, costs of prosecution, $1,536 in cash and any weapon confiscated is forfeited. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

•Thomas Kolby Kerr, 28, Aliquippa — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with electronic monitoring. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Robert Howard Swagger, 53, New Castle —Two years probation and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of an automobile.
•David Carl Linder, 34, Tarentum, Pa. — Six to 231⁄2 months in the Lawrence County jail and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to forgery.
•Elaine Marie Tutson, 46, Sharon —Twelve months probation and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to a charge of false swearing, misleading a public servant.
•Robert Maguire, 39, New Castle — Two to four years in a state correctional institution with credit for 277 days served, costs of prosecution, $538 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to burglary.
•Robert Maguire, 39, New Castle — Six to 24 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 274 days served, to be served concurrently with any other sentence. He pleaded guilty to criminal attempt to escape.
•Brandy Davis, 20 New Castle — One year probation, costs of prosecution, $39.96 restitution to Walmart. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.
•Steven M. Kent Jr., 20, Volant — Costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to scattering rubbish.
•Arsenio Sallie, 24, York, Pa. — Six to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 265 days served, costs of prosecution, $1,000 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.
•Arsenio Sallie, 24, York, Pa. — Two-hundred-sixty-five days to 231⁄2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 265 days served, parole is granted. He also must pay costs of prosecution and $27 restitution to Four Star Pizza and is referred to the York County Drug and Alcohol commission. He pleaded guilty to robbery.

An Ellwood City club has been cited for gambling activities. The Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement has cited the Ellwood City Saxon Club at 901 Millview St.

Suspect in officer’s death jailed in county
Kylee Gwen Barletto was composed walking into court Monday until a television reporter pelted her with questions. Escorted by two state troopers, she was asked, “What do you have to say to the police officer’s family?” “I’m sorry,” she uttered as she was ushered into the court lobby. Then she burst into tears.

Prosecutors granted stay in Jordan Brown decision
A hearing on the status of a boy accused in a 2009 fatal shooting has been canceled. The hearing on 15-year-old Jordan Brown’s detention had been planned for Lawrence County Court today, but was canceled after prosecutors requested, and received, a stay in the proceedings.

Suspect in officer’s death is arraigned
Kylee Barletto was arraigned this morning by District Judge Jerry Cartwright. She is being lodged in the Lawrence County jail on $250,000 bond. Barletto, 25, is charged with homicide by vehicle and 14 other counts in the May 2 death of Shenango Township police officer William J. McCarthy IV.
