NEW CASTLE —
A wage tax citation against a New Castle man has been withdrawn.
The citation against Thomas L. Thomas Jr. was filed Jan. 21 by the tax collector for the Laurel School District in the office of District Judge David Rishel.
It was withdrawn and the case closed Tuesday.
