Ellwood City police charged the following people:
•Mary J. Ayres, 28, of Ellwood City, concealing the whereabouts of a child and interfering with custody of children.
•Ronald Lee Davis, 42, of Ellwood City, theft by deception.

•Gary L. Clark Sr., 59, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, ethnic intimidation, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

•Kyle A. Mitcheltree, 17, of New Castle, use of tobacco in school.
•Robert Moore, 15, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.
