•Accident. Police said a 16-year-old Ellwood City resident, southbound on Camp Allegheny Road, Wayne Township, at 6:40 p.m. Friday, lost control of his vehicle, which left the road and struck a utility pole. Police said the driver reported moderate injury, and a 16-year-old passenger, also from Ellwood City, reported minor injury. The driver was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

•Criminal attempt burglary. Police said someone tried to kick in the front door of a house in the 300 block of Shaw Road, Slippery Rock Township, before 2:10 p.m. April 4. Police said entry was not made but the kicking activated an alarm. Police said someone then shot a gun through a north side window of the house.

•Accident. Police said Robert D. DiMase, 74, of New Castle, eastbound on Princeton Station Road, Slippery Rock Township, at 11:20 a.m. April 7, drifted into the westbound lane of traffic as he approached the crest of a hill, and collided with the westbound vehicle of Jacob F. Breitenstein, 19, of New Castle. Police said DiMase’s vehicle traveled another 30 feet from the point of impact and Breitenstein’s vehicle came to rest about 225 feet away. Police said both drivers and passengers in both vehicles sustained minor to moderate injuries. DiMase was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
