•Roderick L. Proctor Jr., 23, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, reckless driving and driving with license suspended.

•John Allen Pounds, 48, of Enon Valley, scattering rubbish on land or stream.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Jason Paul Jenista, 21, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Athena Marie Trott, 18, of New Castle, harassment.

•Teressa Lynn Maines, 35, of New Castle, harassment.

•Stephen Michael Vehec, 26, of Glassport, Pa., retail theft and conspiracy.

•Juwan Lee Cobb, 19, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

State police charged the following people:

•Kali Nicole Fuller, 20, of Erie, Pa., disorderly conduct.

•Newyorka Chakim Morrow, 20, of Erie, Pa., disorderly conduct.

•Nita D. Crawford, 53, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with two counts each of failure to have dog or cat vaccinated and failure to apply for dog license and three counts of cruelty to animals.

•Stephanie Marie Hosbach, 28, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with dogs at large and failure to apply for dog license.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Vickie A. Mohacsi, 50, of North Huntingdon, Pa., retail theft.

•Karen R. Vanasky, 64, of New Castle, two counts of bad checks.

•Martha M. Savage, 37, of New Castle, bad checks.

•Samantha Fleeger, 30, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Charles Anthony Habib, 45, of New Castle, charged by Neshannock Township police with driving under the influence and driving with no rear lights.

•Robert John Fazzolare, 22, of Polk, Pa., charged by New Wilmington police with disorderly conduct.

•John C. Kline, 37, of Pulaski, charged by state police with harassment.

•Courtney Nicole Carbone, 20, of New Castle, charged by Neshannock Township police with five counts each of access device fraud and criminal attempt and one count of receiving stolen property.

Pulaski Township police charged the following people:

•Charles Terrance Brown Jr., 19, of Youngstown, Ohio, driving under the influence, driving with no rear lights and driving with no rearview mirror.

•Brandon Donald Wheeler, 26, of West Middlesex, air pollution control violation.

State police charged the following people:

•Ivan Carl Schaefer, 39, of New Castle, four counts of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts each of statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, displaying explicit sexual material to a minor, corruption of minors, child pornography, indecent assault on a person less than 16 and one count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 and aggravated indecent assault on a person less than 16.

•Timothy Ryan West, 26, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of smelling/inhaling toxic releasing substances, possession of solvent for release of toxic vapors or fumes, driving without a license, failure to stop at red signal, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.

•Rashund Smith, 34, of New Castle, charged by New Castle’s code enforcement department with accumulation of garbage or rubbish; failure to display street numbers on dwelling; stairways, decks, porches and balconies violation; exterior paint violation; exterior walls violation; and gutters and downspouts violation.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Kenneth Johnson, 45, of New Castle, two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and intent to possess a controlled substance and one count each of terroristic threats, simple assault, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment.

•Kimberly A. Lombardo, 45, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Samantha Fleeger, 30, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Dewan R. Harper, 23, of New Castle, defiant trespass and criminal trespass.

•Elissa A. Heemer, 30, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Andrew R. Rayner, 18, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with making a false report/incriminating another, making false reports/offenses did not occur and false swearing to a public servant.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
