•Theft. A white and pink girl’s bicycle was reported stolen from a property in the 800 block of Wilmington Avenue between Aug. 13 and 15.

•Burglary. About 300 feet of copper pipe was reported stolen from inside the basement of a house in the 700 block of Young Street on Aug. 13 or 14.

•Burglary. Copper pipe was reported stolen from a house in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on Aug.15.

•Criminal mischief. Someone damaged the headlights and tail lights, windows, front grill and body of a truck parked in the 700 block of Croton Avenue around 1 a.m. Aug. 10.

•Theft. Four tires were reported stolen from a car parked at Ron’s Auto Sales on Montgomery Avenue between Aug. 10 and 11.

•Attempted burglary. Someone tried to break into a home in the 500 block of Pearson Street around 11 a.m. Friday.

•Theft. A Nikon DSLR camera was reported stolen from an apartment in the Britton Hill projects Friday or Saturday.

•Burglary. A silver can with an unknown amount of coins was reported stolen from a house in the 1700 block of Morris Street between Aug. 14 and Saturday.

•Accident. A six-foot section of fence was damaged in a one-vehicle accident at 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East Lincoln Avenue. David Scott Ingram, 42, of 206 Audley Ave., the driver, said he was in a parking lot when he accidentally hit the accelerator pedal instead of the brake and hit the fence, according to police. No injuries were reported.

•Accident. Joshua Lee Allen, 26, of Pulaski was driving a pickup truck east on Croton Avenue and hit a utility pole while trying to maneuver around another vehicle around 12:42 a.m. Monday. Police impounded the truck because Allen did not have vehicle insurance.

•Theft. An electronic game system and a steam mop were reported stolen from a home in the 800 block of Lathrop Street between Aug. 14 and Friday.

•Theft. A yellow dirt bike was reported stolen from a front porch in the 200 block of Ashland Avenue overnight Sunday to Monday.

•Burglary. Wiring was damaged in a basement following a break-in reported July 25 at a home in the 200 block of West Cherry Street. Police found garden shears, a flashlight and a White Sox hat at the scene.

Ellwood City police charged the following:

•Brandy L. Beck, 21, of Ellwood City, two counts of making false reports.

•Jalisa R. Chism, 22, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with disorderly conduct and harassment.

Union Township police charged the following:

•Keith R. Trimble, 18, of New Castle, harassment.

•Jacob S. Guyer, 21, of Pulaski, harassment and public drunkenness.

•Donald R. McFall II, 28, of New Castle, conspiracy to commit retail theft.

•Danielle Marie Flak, 24, of New Castle, retail theft and conspiracy.

•Matthew Lawrence Davies, 18, of New Castle, driving under the influence, driving with obscured plates and turning movements and required signals violation.

•Zachary T. Kerr, 20, of New Castle, public drunkenness  and criminal mischief.

•Nicholas A. Perrine, 27, New Castle — Sixty-five days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail minus 65 days served, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to simple assault.

•Shaneisha Lavett Murphy, 28, New Castle — Six months probation and not to enter premises of Walmart during probation; costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. Bail forfeited. She pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.

•Jason M. Hess, 39, West Middlesex — One year probation; costs of prosecution; $300 fine. He pleaded guilty to simple assault.

•Jason M. Hess, 39, West Middlesex — One year probation, costs of prosecution, $300 fine. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.

•William Ronald Fry, 29, New Castle  — Two to 10 years   in a state corrections institution with credit for 296 days served, costs of prosecution, $376 in restitution to Little Caesar’s Pizza, to be shared with a co-defendant. He pleaded guilty to robbery.

•William Ronald Fry, 29, New Castle  — One to two years   in a state correctional institution with credit for 305 days served, costs of prosecution, $1,200 restitution to First National Bank to be shared with a co-defendant. He pleaded guilty to burglary.

•Darrell Marcel Milton, 29, New Castle — Nine days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for nine days served; costs of prosecution; Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to simple assault.

•Mark Allen Moore Sr., 48, New Castle — $300 fine and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to harassment.

•Jordan E. McMullen, 19, New Castle — Six months intermediate punishment program, the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and the remaining five months and 23 days on probation; $1,000 fine, costs of prosecution, 12-month license suspension, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to DUI of a controlled substance.

•Jordan E. McMullen, 19, New Castle —  $150 fine. He pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana.

•Harry William Engle, 46, Ellwood City — Ninety days intermediate punishment program; electronic monitoring, costs of prosecution, $2,500 fines. He pleaded guilty to DUI.

•Jessica Lynn Flak, 23, New Castle —Thirty eight days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 38 days served, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to criminal trespass.

•Jessica Lynn Flak, 23, New Castle —Forty three days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail minus 43 days served, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to making false reports to law enforcement.

•Ashley Marie Gasbarro, 27, New Castle — $300 fine, costs of prosecution,$80 restitution to Clark’s Studio. She pleaded guilty to bad checks.

•Christine Elizabeth Crepp, 28, Ellwood City — Eleven days to six months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 11 days served, $1,000 fine, costs of prosecution, 12 month license suspension, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to DUI.

•Christine Elizabeth Crepp, 28, Ellwood City — $200 fine. She pleaded guilty to driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.

•Bryan William Vincent, 32, Ellwood City —Costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Justin Stanfford Stone Sr., 31, New Castle — All charges  dismissed.

•Barry Jackson, 32, New Castle — 168 days to 23 1/2 months incarceration in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 168 days served, costs of prosecution, $1,200 restitution to the victim, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to criminal trespass.

•Barry Lee Ford, 32, New Castle — 88 days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail minus 88 days served; costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

•Edrina L. Williams, 40, New Castle  — $150 fine and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
