Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•N’agapa Bumpus, 20, of Ellwood City, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Kristina Somerville, 34, of Ellwood City, theft by unlawful taking.

•Erick Daniel Koah, 27, of Ellwood City, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Mark Bacon, 33, of Ellwood City, two counts of making a false report.

•Merideth Leigh Mazzant, 26, of Ellwood City, two counts of making a false report and one count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

State police charged the following people:

•Donald L. McCreary III, 22, of Enon Valley, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy.

•Jordan Lee Musguire, 27, of New Galilee, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy.

•Charles Alan Mort, 34, of New Castle, charged by Bessemer police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Jeffrey Wayne Murphy, 27, of New Galilee, charged by Mahoning Township police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of careless driving and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Charlena L. West, 39, of New Castle, driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, failure to notify of change in address, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.

•Edward Mark Palmer, 49, of Edinburg, robbery, receiving stolen property, simple assault and driving with license suspended.

•Thomas Richard Habib, 68, of Edinburg, two counts of driving under the influence and one count of disregarding traffic lane.

•Edward Mark Palmer, 49, of Edinburg, escape.

•Randy Dottle, 24, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Adriana L. Pitzer, 20, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Reno A. Morella, 18, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Norman Clifford Lowe, 57, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of robbery and one count each of terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property and facsimile weapon of mass destruction.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
