•Kristine Maggie, 40, of New Castle, charged by the Laurel school district with compulsory school attendance violation.

Pulaski Township police charged the following people:
•Richard James Holland Jr., 27, of New Castle, three counts each of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.
•James S. Smith, 49, of Pulaski, simple assault and harassment.
