Child pornography case waived to court

NEW CASTLE — A North Hill man charged with possessing and distributing child pornography has waived his right to a preliminiary hearing.

Scott Alan Nicolls, 43, of 407 Blaine St. remains in Lawrence County jail on $75,000 bond after being charged by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General with multiple felonies.

He faces three counts of sexual abuse of children by distribution of child pornography, seven counts of sexual abuse of children by possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

The alleged offenses occurred between July 29 and Aug. 9.

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
