•James R. Nepolitano, 51, of New Castle, charged by county detectives with public drunkenness and similar misconduct and defiant trespass.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•John Robert Henry, 27, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Rance Allen Jeffries, 26, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Zachary Glaude, 18, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Henry Lawrence Grannis Jr., 22, of New Castle, simple assault, harassment, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

•Jalen Bailey, 17, of New Castle, aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, flight to avoid apprehension, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person, driving without a license, four stop sign violations and failure to stop at red signal.

•Dewon Harper, 22, of New Castle, burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.

•Matthew Wayne Ferrante, 50, of Ellwood City, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Nicole Stevenson, 42, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and careless driving.

•Vincent Andrew Crans, 24, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Alan R. Klamer, 72, of New Castle, harassment.

•Jeremy Wayne Perine, 35, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Jennifer Park, 34, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following people:

•David J. Antonio, 32, of New Castle, rubbish and garbage violation, high grass, sanitation violation, containers violation, exterior paint violation, windows and door frames violation and electrical wiring violation.

•Kirk R. Kelley, 45, of New Castle, gutters and downspouts violation, soffit and fascia violation, porch, deck and ceilings violation and exterior paint violation.

•Joshua Naglich, 15, of Ellwood City, charged by the Ellwood City school district with use of tobacco in school.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Daniel Joseph Carofino, 20, of New Castle, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Timothy A. Zurrica, 17, of Wampum, harassment and disorderly conduct.

•Charles W. Kennedy Jr., 24, of Ellwood City, harassment.

•Roberta Sedor of Edinburg, charged by the Mohawk school district with 16 counts of compulsory school attendance violation.

•Randy Aaron Dottle, 22, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with disorderly conduct.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Nannette Nunez, 28, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Nicholas D. Barnes, 31, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Teddy Christopher Szalla, 24, of Pittsburgh, forgery, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and three counts of conspiracy.

•Allison Ann Brown, 29, of New Castle, three counts of conspiracy.

•Cory Allen Kindel, 18, of New Castle, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Paul Robert Woods Jr., 21, of Cranberry Township, charged by Neshannock Township police with two counts of driving under the influence, not using low-beam lights, disregarding traffic lane, traffic-control devices violation and careless driving.
