•Alexis A. Cattrell, 35, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General with fraud in obtaining food stamps or assistance.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Dawn Lynn Feeley, 27, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Brittney Flak, 20, of New Castle, receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

•Andrew Klingensmith, 30, of New Castle, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Daniel Lee Alexander, 40, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•James E. Lytle, 44, of New Castle, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and disorderly house.

•Steven Bellisario, 38, of New Castle, disorderly house and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Harry Boatner, 63, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Francisco Molina, 28, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Sherry Knight, 37, of New Castle, harassment.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Gerald Lee Orock Jr., 56, of Ellwood City, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Richard Worrell Jr., 47, of Ellwood City, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and driving while blood alcohol content is 0.02 or greater with license suspended.

•Rachel Catherine Mesko, 20, of Ellwood City, receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy.

•Christian Gage Damron, 20, of New Bedford, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Brandon M. Otlowski, 24, of Ellwood City, two counts of driving under the influence.

•Jordan Joseph DiMuccio, 20, of Ellwood City, three counts of receiving stolen property and one count of theft by unlawful taking.

•Richard Arthur Ward, 50, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Christopher Robert McConnell, 27, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Thomas Lee McCue Jr., 26, of New Castle, criminal trespass and fire prevention code violation.

•Jennifer Jean Bartley, 23, of New Castle, criminal trespass and fire prevention code violation.

•Wayne Alan Jones Jr., 33, of Sharpsville, Pa., criminal trespass and fire prevention code violation.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
