New Castle police charged the following people:

•Rick Myers, 73, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Michael Youngworth of New Castle, interference with custody of children and concealing the whereabouts of a child.

Jerry G. Cartwright

•Joshua Lee Gibson, 23, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with theft from a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

David B. Rishel

•Sierra Duncan, 27, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with dogs at large and failure to apply for dog license.

•Christian Thomas Laskey, 21, of Coraopolis, charged by Moraine State Park with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Gary John Seybert Jr., 35, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, following too closely and careless driving.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Gregory Alan Deporzio, 47, of New Castle, address signs violation.

•Adam C. Ginocchi, 37, of New Castle, address signs violation.

•Jennifer R. Desalvo, 36, of New Castle, retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Yes. It’s always a good idea to change passwords regularly anyway. I just have so many, I’m not sure where to start.
No. From what I’ve read, companies are still trying to figure out how to fix the flaw. The bad guys will just have access to my NEW passwords, too.
