•Carol Jean Gill, 63, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with retail theft.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Lierre Vontae Armstrong, 23, of New Castle, two counts each of robbery and theft by unlawful taking and one count each of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

•Mark A. Staph, 31, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Ramsey I. Washington, 19, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Raymond Ralph Evans, 48, of Ellwood City, charged by Wayne Township police with outdoor fire control violation.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Michael Anthony Bollinger, 22, of Hillsville, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

•Robert Russell Bollinger, 23, of Hillsville, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

David B. Rishel

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Robyn M. McConahy, 44, of New Castle, driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.

•Cameron Jordan Hicks, 19, of New Castle, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.

Scott A. McGrath

•Nathan J. Cox, 20, of Belfast, N.Y., charged by New Wilmington police with three counts of sexual assault, two counts of aggravated indecent assault without consent, and one count each of indecent assault without consent and indecent exposure.
