STATE


•Theft. Two bottles of prescription medicine were taken from a house in the 1000 block of North Main Street, Wampum, between 2 and 6 p.m. Saturday. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pennsylvania state police at (724) 598-2211.

•Criminal mischief. A lighted advertisement sign at the Enon Valley Inn, 1038 Main St., was damaged before 1:15 a.m. March 6. Police estimate damage at $300.

•Criminal mischief. The door handle of the United Parcel Service building on Route 18, Wilmington Township, was damaged between 5 p.m. March 5 and 5 p.m. March 6.

•Tyrale Sherrod Sr., 28, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with three counts of intent to possess a controlled substance, two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and one count each of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of firearm prohibited.

•Craig A. Morrow, 30, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Michael A. Liner, 55, of Cranberry Township, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Jeanine Buchanan, 36, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and disorderly house.

•Neisha Vincent of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Craig A. Morrow Jr., 30, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Orville Duncan, 41, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Ronald E. Clark II, 41, of New Castle, harassment and disorderly conduct.

•Angela Jane Groves, 19, of Wampum, corruption of minors, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Jeremy Perrine, 37, of New Castle, three counts of simple assault, one count each of burglary and criminal trespass and five counts of conspiracy.

•Jason G. DiSalvatore, 37, of New Castle, five counts of simple assault, two counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person, one count each of burglary and criminal trespass and 11 counts of conspiracy.

•Dwight D. Short, 29, of Wampum, three counts of simple assault, one count each of burglary and criminal trespass and five counts of conspiracy.

•Ericka Shearer, 30, of Mercer, three counts each of forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and bad checks.

•Corey J. Kradel, 36, of New Castle, four counts each of forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and bad checks.

•John A. Adamo, 34, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Jeremy A. Smith, 35, of Meadville, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Sean Scott O’Brien, 27, of New Castle, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, loitering and prowling at night and disorderly conduct.

•Jamal Turner, 21, of Youngstown, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following people:

•Montejo Razzo of New Castle, two counts of violation of garbage and rubbish collection rules and regulations.

•Bernard Dickey, 48, of New Castle, vacant land and structures violation and failure to display street numbers on dwelling.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Ashley D. Santypal, 29, of New Castle, theft by failure to make required disposal of funds and receiving stolen property.

•Randall J. Kriegisch, 60, of Ellwood City, harassment.

•John Andrew Mesko, 42, of Ellwood City, simple assault and harassment.

•Donald Page Freeman, 38, of Pulaski, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.
