District Judges: Listings for Feb. 12


•John Robert Lee, 34, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with seven counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Virgil Eldon Coonfare, 67, of New Castle, four counts of reckless driving; three counts of driving on sidewalk; two counts each of accident involving death or injury, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, failure to stop and give information or render aid and accident involving death or personal injury; and one count each of homicide by vehicle while under the influence, aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, driving under the influence, driving while operating license is suspended or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle and lack of regulation bumper.

•Angel Lee Samuels, 31, of New Castle, retail theft and theft by deception.

•Jordan E. McMullen, 19, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with six counts each of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person and failure to stop at stop sign; five counts each of exceeding the speed limit and reckless driving; two counts each of assault of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault and criminal mischief; and one count each of retail theft, simple assault, harassment and driving with license suspended.

•Zachary Allen Jones, 22, of Pittsburgh, charged by New Wilmington police with harassment.

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:

•Jordan M. Smiley, 25, of Volant, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Shawn Paul Johnson, 26, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregarding traffic lane.

Beginning tonight, the Pittsburgh Penguins will take on the Columbus Blue Jackets in the first round of the NHL playoffs. So, who ya got? And in how many games?
