On the Record: Today’s births, police items and district judge reports

•Criminal mischief. Corbin B. Partin, 25, of 1011 Beckford St., is charged with criminal mischief, damage to property by motor vehicle and reckless driving after he allegedly drove through a yard in the 700 block of Arlington Avenue around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday and ran over five 6-foot-tall bushes, then waved his arm out of the window and drove away.

•Burglary. Copper pipes were stolen from a house in the 600 block of East Washington Street. The theft was discovered around 4:30 p.m. Friday.

•Burglary. Copper pipe and other metal were reported stolen from a building in the 200 block of East Long Avenue. The theft was reported around 10 a.m. Saturday.

•Theft. Small-gauge insulated ground wire was stolen from a house in the 1700 block of Jackson Avenue around 5:15 p.m. Friday.

•Theft. A white mini iPad was stolen from a vehicle parked in a downtown business lot on South Jefferson Street between 8 p.m. Saturday and 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Police said the car doors had been left unlocked.

•Criminal mischief. A living room window and several pieces of vinyl siding were damaged by BB shots around 12:10 a.m. Saturday. A witness saw a dark-colored van leave the area after the house had been struck.

•Burglary. A Nintendo Wii and six games were stolen from an apartment in the 300 block of Halco Drive between midnight Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday.

•Criminal mischief. Someone threw rocks through the windows of a house in the 300 block of Phillips Street around 7:50 p.m. Sunday.

•Theft. A gym bag, headphones and boxing gloves were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Stanton Avenue overnight Jan. 18 to 19.


•Retail theft. Police responded to a report of two women who allegedly took merchandise from Family Dollar, 1702 Wilmington Road at 1:45 p.m. Sunday. Officers were able to locate Tiffany D. Booher, 28, of 1016 Lorraine Ave. and Danielle M. Patrick, 42, of 818 McGrath Ave. and said they were in possession of merchandise totaling $10 in value. They were cited and released.


•Robbery. Police said a man was assaulted at 4:15 p.m. Sunday on Old Pulaski Road in Pulaski Township and his 2010 GMC Sierra was taken by the attacker.

•Criminal mischief. Someone broke the rear window of a vehicle parked on Sunnyside Road in North Beaver Township Friday or Saturday, causing $400 in damage.
