New Castle police charged the following people:

•Paul Gravatt Jr., 34, of New Castle, two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of a communications facility and one count each of corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise and conspiracy.

•Anthony Schmidt, 37, of New Castle, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise and conspiracy.

•Stacy Nicole Heaney, 33, of New Castle, three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, five counts of conspiracy and one count each of soliciting minors to traffic drugs, drug free school zone violation, corruption of minors and corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise.

•Jodi Lyn Hoover, 39, of New Castle, corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise.

•Mark Anthony Ortiz, 29, of New Castle, solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, drug free school zone violation, corruption of minors, corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise and conspiracy.

•Jamal Pierre Hill, 37, of New Castle, two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of a communications facility, three counts of conspiracy and one count each of solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, corruption of minors and corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise.

•Christopher Gravatt, 29, of New Castle, seven counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, three counts of conspiracy and one count of corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise.

•Michael Lee Schmidt, 34, of New Castle, drug free school zone violation, corruption of minors, solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise and 13 counts of conspiracy.

•Jamie Leigh Clobus, 28, of New Castle, solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, drug free school zone violation, corruption of minors and corrupt organizations-interest in or control of enterprise.

•Jarred Zarlingo, 35, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Thomas Wayne Straley, 55, of Ellwood City, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Robert Kevin Garrison, 50, of New Castle, two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of criminal attempt, possession of firearm prohibited, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.

•Damon L. Blackshear, 39, of New Castle charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with vaccination against rabies required violation, failure to produce license and failure to apply for dog license.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Eric John Whisel, 19, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Billie Niglio, 26, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.
