To Bryanna Ross and Anthony Shaner of New Castle, a son on June 1, 2014, at Horizon Hospital, Farrell.

Police

NESHANNOCK TOWNSHIP

•Accident. Police said a car driven by Kimberly Richardson, 52, of 199 W. Meyer Ave., was southbound on Wilmington Road at 10 a.m. Monday and hit the vehicle of Thomas Knis, 80, of 12th Street, West Pittsburg. Knis was stopped and waiting to turn left into a business. Police said both vehicles were towed and both drivers and the passenger in Knis’ vehicle were taken to Jameson Hospital with minor injuries. Charges are pending.

•Theft. Wheels and tires were reported stolen before 8:30 a.m. Monday from a new Dodge Durango that was parked at a Wilmington Road car lot.

•Sheila Jones, 39, of Bessemer, charged by the state Office of Inspector General with food stamp/assistance fraud.

New Castle police charged the following:

•Jennifer Ann Zang, 27, of New Castle, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

•Ryan M. Lawson, 22, of New Castle, possession and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass.

•Jason Paul Jenista, 32, of New Castle, two counts of simple assault and one count each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, criminal mischief and harassment.

•Kevin J. Bryant, 34, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Gina L. Lordi, 49, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Tammora Lee Wise, 25, of New Castle, harassment.

•Scott E. Douglas, 25, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with simple assault and harassment.

•Micki Nicole McCrory, of Charlotte, N.C., charged by state police with disorderly conduct.

•Shannon Charlotte Taylor, 34, of Las Vegas, Nev., charged by Union Township police with kidnapping and interference with the custody of children.

DAVID B. RISHEL

State police charged the following:

•Sean Ross Griffin Jr., 20, of Slippery Rock, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and permitting violation of title/operating without required insurance.

•Edwin Paul Coast, 52, of New Castle, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

SCOTT A. MCGRATH

•Thomas Alan Graham, 65, of Pulaski, charged by state police with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct.
