New Castle police charged the following people:

•Terell Marquise Cleckley, 19, of New Castle, aggravated assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

•Tisha Fay Soucy, 35, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Monte R. Fry, 35, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•James Richard Lombardo, 35, of New Castle, three counts of driving under the influence and one count each of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license suspended, driving with blood alcohol level 0.02 or greater with license suspended, no rear lights and obscured plates.

•Matthew Lyle Ludwig, 23, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Marquis A. Holmes, 36, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Richard S. Kitzko, 44, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of careless driving, failure to stop at stop sign and failure to yield at yield sign.

•Thomas R. Allen, 43, of New Castle, criminal trespass.

•Jennifer Park, 36, of New Castle, criminal trespass.

•James Matthew Wallace Jr., 35, of New Castle, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count each of driving under the influence, simple assault, aggravated assault, harassment, resisting arrest and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

•Dennis John Retone, 61, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Brian O. Cotelesse Jr., 18, of New Castle, criminal mischief.

•Tamara T. Layton, 36, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Christine L. Dodson, 31, of Verona, Pa., charged by Ellwood City police with public drunkenness and similar misconduct, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and accident damage to unattended vehicle or property.

State police charged the following people:

•Ryan John Bell, 18, of West Pittsburg, possession of marijuana.

•Alexa Nicole Hudach, 19, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.

•Desiree Barensfeld of Pulaski, charged by the Wilmington school district with violation of compulsory attendance required.
