•Stolen vehicle. Police said an East Palestine, Ohio, man, approximately 46 years old, took a vehicle for a test drive around 4 p.m. Monday but did not return it to Phil Fitts Ford. Police said the car is a 2005 Hyundai with a dealer license plate K156687K.

NEW CASTLE

•False identification. Police charged Omar Moore, 19, 814 W. Washington St. with providing false identification to police after a traffic stop on Grimes Street about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.

•Trespassing. Police charged Shanekequa McKnight, 22, of 113 1/2 Friendship St. with defiant trespass at Crestview Gardens at 2:30 a.m. Monday.

•Resisting arrest. Brian Rice, 24, of 1023 E. Washington St. was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, police said, after he began to shout obscenities after being ordered to leave the area near an East Washington Street restaurant shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday. Officers said he struggled with them as they attempted to take him into custody.

•Anthony Thurman, 22, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Shannon L. Jones, 41, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Shanekequa L. McKnight, 22, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Michael Ackerman, 47, of Ellwood City, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Shenna M. Pape, 29, of Butler, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Amy Davidson, 37, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Samuel Lee Lowry III, 32, of New Castle, escape, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment and disorderly conduct.

•Travis M. Brown, 25, of New Castle, charged by municipal animal control with unlawful confinement and control.

State police charged the following people:

•Toni Marie Kazeva, 33, of Ellwood City, aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.

•John Alan Pounds, 50, of Enon Valley, harassment.

•Bernadette M. Pounds, 54, of Enon Valley, harassment.

•Jeffrey P. Mansfield, 35, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Mark P. Mansfield, 32, of Ellwood City, simple assault and harassment.

•Rodney Eugene Parchman Jr., 23, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment and disorderly conduct.

•Michael Fleeson, 49, of Wampum, charged by Mahoning Township police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of adulterating or misbranding any controlled substance, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Katrina Eles, 44, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Reginald Murphy, 26, of New Castle, retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

•Jeffrey P. Mansfield, 35, of New Castle, retail theft and criminal attempt.

•John L. Kline, 79, of New Castle, harassment.

•Sophie Francese, 89, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.
