•Randolph Miller, 51, of New Castle, two counts of criminal mischief and one count each of driving under the influence and careless driving.

•Matthew Charles Peters, 28, of New Castle, harassment.

•Stedel F. Taylor, 42, of New Castle, harassment.

•Wendy Black, 28, of New Castle, harassment.

•Matthew Shane Webb, 19, of New Castle, charged by state police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Robert Hoover, 66, of Niles, Ohio, harassment.

•Karen L. Sokevitz, 48, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Jeremy A. McGee, 25, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•William Todd Anderson, 47, of New Castle, harassment.

•Marcades Reese, 21, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Kelsey L. Robinson, 22, of New Castle, harassment.

•Reginald A. Murphy, 26, of New Castle, retail theft and theft by deception.

•John Francis Gwin II, 30, of New Castle, forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
