The district attorney has charged the following people:

•Stacy M. Barker, 38, of New Castle, failure to apply for a dog license, failure to keep dog licensed and failure to have dog or cat vaccinated.

•William Garner, 48, of New Castle, failure to apply for a dog license, failure to keep dog licensed and failure to have dog or cat vaccinated.

•Kenneth J. Dunn II, 47, of New Castle, failure to apply for a dog license, failure to keep dog licensed and failure to have dog or cat vaccinated.

•Tyler Kent, 21, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with control of property regulations violation.

•Nichlaus Brickbichler, 13, of New Castle, charged by Shenango school district with violation of compulsory attendance.

•Dave Conley, of New Castle, charged by Dog Law Enforcement with unlawful confinement and control.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•James Alexander Grekon, 30, of Wampum, retail theft.

•Evan Perotta, 32, of West Pittsburg, patronizing prostitutes and conspiracy.

•Mark David Fandozzi, 42, of West Pittsburg, patronizing prostitutes, conspiracy, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

•Jennifer Jo Kerr, 41, of New Castle, prostitution, conspiracy and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•LIsa Ann Dean, 37, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•James E. Brandt, 34, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Bennette Timothy Campbell, 24, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

State police charged the following people:

•Crystal Lynn Vaughan, 28, of Volant, driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed.

•Bobby McNulty, 29, of Grove City, criminal mischief.

•Donald J. Walter, 17, of Mercer, criminal mischief.

Beginning tonight, the Pittsburgh Penguins will take on the Columbus Blue Jackets in the first round of the NHL playoffs. So, who ya got? And in how many games?
