On the Record: Today's police items, district judge reports and divorces



•Burglary. Bradley James Burkey, 22, of 1902 Audley Ave. was charged after police said they had observed him taking an all-terrain vehicle from a garage on Hillsville Road.


•Accident. Police said Stephen T. Mallary, 28, of Wampum was northbound on Route 18 in Wampum about 1:30 p.m. Monday, when he struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Irene E. Zajac, 78, of Wampum. Police said Zajac’s vehicle had been stopped to make a left turn onto Allen Court. There were no injuries. Police cited Mallary for careless driving.

•Harassment. Police cited Jerome Vincent Stanyard, 56, of New Galilee after he allegedly became involved in a road rage incident at 8:40 a.m. Monday on Glenkirk Road in North Beaver Township.

•Edward W. Skuta, 71, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with harassment.

•Mark Robert Bacon, 33, of Ellwood City, charged by state police with two counts of endangering the welfare of children and one count each of accident involving death or injury, intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license suspended, habitual offender, driving without a license, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, improper child restraint system and failure to use safety belt.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Michael Kent, 24, of Ellwood City, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

•Samantha Jo Haswell, 21, of Ellwood City, two counts each of theft by deception and conspiracy.

•Nicholas A. Caccia, 27, of Ellwood City, two counts each of theft by deception and conspiracy.

•Pamela R. Fatula, 58, of Ellwood City, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.

•William Fullmer, 35, of Beaver Falls, 40 counts of indecent exposure, three counts of indecent assault and one count of corruption of minors.

•Brady Richard Francis Jones, 19, of New Wilmington, charged by Neshannock Township police with purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Alvin Duane Kern, 47, of West Middlesex, charged by state police with seven counts of indecent assault, five counts of aggravated assault, two counts each of criminal attempt and corruption of minors and one count each of rape of a person less than 13, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 13, incest and indecent exposure.

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:

•Autumn M. Taylor, 18, of New Castle, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

•Randy Regna, 45, of New Castle, driving under the influence and restrictions on alcoholic beverages violation.

•Terri Jean Reese, 52, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and once count of careless driving.


Burton L. Baker Jr., 42, of New Castle from Kristi L. Baker, 40, of New Castle. They were married Sept. 29, 1995.

Richard Mark Courson, 51, of New Castle from Sara Lynn Courson, 51, of Cranberry Township. They were married May 25, 1985.

Rayetta Mae Brown, 52, of New Castle from Robert Garrison, 49, of New Castle. They were married Oct. 6, 2012.

Kylie L. Budai, 31, of New Castle from Antonio Romano, 37, of New Castle. They were married Sept. 5, 2009.
