SHENANGO TOWNSHIP
•Disorderly conduct. Police cited Daron Edward Barnes, 20, of 23 S. Round St. for disorderly conduct after responding to a disturbance at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday on Moravia Street Extension.
STATE
•Accident. About 7:45 a.m. Thursday on Pleasant Hill Road, Perry Township. Police said Justin W. Grenot, 36, of Northumberland, Pa., was traveling south and began sliding as he slowed to enter a curve. The vehicle slid off the left side of the road and struck a fence. The trailer then rolled onto its side, police said.

•Fred William Spor III, 29, of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.
•Kristen R. Mastrianni of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.
•Clara Elizabeth Smith, 25, of New Castle, accumulation of garbage or rubbish.
•Beal Bank of New Castle, failure to board and secure, failure to cut weeds or grass and weeds, trees and ornamental shrubs violation.
•Diane Razo of New Castle, two counts of gutters and downspouts violation and one count of soffit and fascia violation.
•Mims Realty of New Castle, exterior paint violation.
Sharp Collections charged the following people:
•William E. Thompson, 43, of New Castle, taxation/violation of ordinance and failure to make required return.
•Lori A. Thompson, 41, of New Castle, taxation/violation of ordinance and failure to make required return.
•Christine T. Thomas of New Castle, taxation/violation of ordinance and failure to make required return.
•Rhonda Tarnaski of New Castle, taxation/violation of ordinance and failure to make required return.
•Ronald Tarnaski of New Castle, taxation/violation of ordinance and failure to make required return.
New Castle police charged the following people:
•Courtney Wells, 22, of New Castle, two counts each of driving under the influence and failure to stop at stop sign and one count each of aggravated assault, harassment, reckless driving and using an improper signal.
