•David John Griffin, 27, New Castle — Two-hundred-ninety-three days to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 293 days served, costs of prosecution, $325 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.

•Donald James Clark, 39, New Castle — Three to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for five days served, costs of prosecution, $489 restitution to Sears. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Wendy L. Tobin, 36, New Castle — Twelve months probation and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Randy Aaron Dottle, 24, New Castle — Costs of prosecution and $1,043 restitution. He pleaded guilty to harassment.

•Gary Robert Barnes, 68, Linesville — Six months in the intermediate punishment program with the first 30 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and pay the per diem rate to Crawford County, $750 fines, cost of prosecution, 12-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Timothy Joseph McConahy, 33, New Castle — Two years probation, no contact with the victim unless by victim’s consent, costs of prosecution, $1,415 restitution. He pleaded guilty to theft.

•Columbus Shephard Jr., 49, Mesopotamia, Ohio — Six months probation, $300 fine, costs of prosecution. Case is referred to Trumbull County (Ohio) Drug and Alcohol Commission. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Sean Edward Minteer, 22, New Castle — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $526 restitution to the victim. He is not to enter premises of Kmart during his probation. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Justin Eric Moore, 29, New Castle — Two years in the intermediate punishment program, costs of prosecution, $1,500 fine. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•James R. Penwell, 20, New Castle — Six months probation, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.
