•Susane Laurin Basham, 27, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with retail theft.

•Jeffrey Michael Stelter, 33, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Paul M. Druschel, 40, of New Castle, three counts of retail theft, three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of conspiracy and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Samantha Stoner, 22, of New Castle, two counts of theft by deception, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of retail theft.

David B. Rishel

•Michelle Lynn Seergae, 45, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving.

Scott A. McGrath

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:

•Sean R. Griffin, 18, of Slippery Rock, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•John L. Brindle, 51, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and driving with registration suspended.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
