On the Record: Today's police items and district judge reports

NEW CASTLE — Police

NEW CASTLE

•Criminal mischief. The words “Tiana and Mike was here” were found spray painted in black paint on a garage in the 1700 block of East Washington Street before 7:30 a.m. Thursday.

•Cited. Mark Lee Moore, 24, of Delaware Avenue, was cited for flight to avoid apprehension and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they located Moore in a house in the 1600 block of Hamilton Street at 10:45 p.m. Thursday.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Julian M. Jackson, 25, of New Castle, robbery, possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Mark Lee Moore Jr., 24, of New Castle, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Lamar Javon Paris, 25, of New Castle, distributing a small amount of marijuana/not for sale.

Sharp Collections charged the following people:

•Tracy L. McVay, 38, of New Castle, failure to make required return and taxation/violation of ordinance.

•Kemy J. McAllister, 46, of New Castle, failure to make required return and taxation/violation of ordinance.

•Madolyn Magusiak of New Castle, failure to make required return and taxation/violation of ordinance.

Jennifer Nicholson

•Charles Henry Eichenlaub, 58, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with disorderly house.

•Arlen Conya Brewer, 38, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with three counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and intent to possess a controlled substance and one count each of possession of firearm prohibited and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Daron Barnes, 20, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with disorderly conduct.

Scott A. McGrath

•Kenneth H. Minteer, 22, of New Castle, charged by Neshannock Township police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and driving with no rear lights.
