•Michael D. Stunkard, 38, New Castle — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and the remaining 21 months on probation, $1,500 fine, costs of prosecution, 18-month license suspension, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
