Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Michael Allen Frisk Jr., 35, of New Castle, forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.

•William I. McClymonds, 54, of Ellwood City, two counts of driving under the influence.

•Williams James Magiske, 25, of Ellwood City, driving under the influence, failure to stop at stop sign and failure to yield at yield sign.

•Laxavier Cordariu Crumb, 24, of Ellwood City, harassment and criminal mischief.

State police charged the following people:

•Brian A. Kent, 21, of New Galilee, harassment.

•Danielle Louise Stahley, 20, of New Castle, harassment.

•Allison Nicole Stoyanoff, 19, of Ellwood City, harassment.

•Ralph Luke Stoyanoff, 49, of Ellwood City, harassment.

•Nicholas F. Young, 21, of Winnetka, Ill., possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey traffic control devices.

•Rodney Davignon, 45, of Kittanning, Pa., two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of operating vehicle without required insurance, failure to stop at red signal, disregarding traffic lane, turning movements and required signals violation, careless driving and failure to use safety belt.

•Mary Lourene McMahan, 43, of New Castle, possession of marijuana and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

State police charged the following people:

•Lori Alissa Wright, 51, of Monroe, Va., defiant trespass.

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:

•Jeffrey Cloyd Altman, 48, of New Castle, three counts of harassment and one count of simple assault.

•Michael Hanna, 56, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of careless driving, vehicle turning left violation and failure to keep right.

•Adriana Pitzer, 20, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass.
