NEW CASTLE —
Better late than never.
That was the theme for youngsters throughout Lawrence County who found their wait for candy to be well worth it.
Because of Hurricane Sandy, trick-or-treat hours were postponed from Halloween on Wednesday and conducted Saturday afternoon and evening in most municipalities. Courtney Caughey-Stambul shares a photo gallery from all the fun. Click on the link at right to view her pictures.
