New Castle man charged in break-in
A South Mill Street man suspected of burglarizing a neighbor earlier this week has been arrested. New Castle police on Thursday arrested Andrew Schmitt III, 21, of 1128-2 S. Mill St. in connection with the break-in, which occurred in the 1100 block early Monday morning.
