Michele Cugini and John C. Parks of New Castle are announcing their engagement. She is a daughter of Joseph and Roseane Cugini, and Joanne and Lou Quahliero. He is a son of the late Jack and Laura Lee Parks.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of New Castle High School and attended Butler County Community College.
She is a sales consultant for Comcast Cable.
Her future husband is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Fremont, Calif. and the University of Toledo. He served in the Air Force from 1983 to 1987 and retired as a Master Sergeant from the Army, where he served from 1990 to 2012.
Their wedding is planned during the winter of 2012.
