Walter and Joella Kustra of New Castle are announcing the engagement of their son, Walter Andrew, to Lisa Naomi Palazzo. Both are residents of New Castle.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Dennis and Rosalie Palazzo of Poland, Ohio.
She is a graduate of Boardman High School and Kent State University. She is a physical therapist assistant.
The future groom is a Neshannock High School graduate who holds his degree from Youngstown State University. He is a sales manager for Preston Honda.
A wedding is being planned for Sept. 18 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Boardman.
The reception will follow at The New Englander.
