NEW CASTLE —
Annagrace and Fredrick J. Peluso Jr. of New Castle are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Marie Peluso, and Kurt Alan McGovern.
Parents of the future groom are Rhonda and Douglas McGovern of Frenchville, Pa.
Miss Peluso graduated from New Castle High School in 2006. She graduated in May from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She minored in psychology and is a registered nurse.
Her fiancé graduated in 2004 from Clearfield High School.
He is attending Edinboro University, studying forensic accounting with a minor in criminal justice. He is also a Coast Guard Reservist, and has served in the military for four years.
A wedding is being planned for June 18, 2011, at St. Vitus Church.
