Samuel and Nancy Argiro of 764 Addis St. are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Stacie Lynn Argiro, to Daniel Rocco Yemma Jr. He is a son of Barbara Papa of 2507 Ridgewood Court and Daniel Yemma Sr. of 232 Center St., Struthers, Ohio.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 New Castle High School graduate who earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Youngstown State University. She is employed at Challenges: Options in Aging as a community services case manager.
The future groom is a 2001 Shenango High School graduate. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and will receive a master of business administration degree in 2010 from Youngstown State University. He is employed as a quality engineer at Ellwood Crankshaft and Machine in Hermitage.
An Aug. 28, 2010, wedding is being planned for St. Joseph Church, with a reception to follow at the Georgetown.
