NEW CASTLE —
Michelle and James Burns of New Castle and James Gray III of West Palm Beach, Fla. are announcing the engagement of their son, James Gray of New Castle, and Jenna Richter of Columbiana, Ohio. She is a daughter of Jane and Jeff Richter of Columbiana.
The future groom is a graduate of Shenango High School and Youngstown State University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering.
He works at Calgon Carbon in Robinson Township.
His bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Children’s Hospital.
Their wedding will take place in July 2013.
