Brittany Lynn Welsh of Pittsburgh and Joshua Trey Miller of New Castle are announcing their engagement and summer wedding plans.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Maureen Salmen of New Castle and Gary and Donna Welsh of Volant.
An alumna of Laurel High School, she holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh and works as a research assistant at the University of Pittsburgh’s Pitt Parents and Children Lab.
The future groom is a son of Mark and Sherri Miller of New Castle.
He is also a graduate of Laurel High School and holds his degree from Penn State Behrend. He is an associate at Hill, Barth & King LLC.
The wedding and reception will be held at Armstrong Farms in Saxonburg on Aug. 28, 2010.
