Anthony James Mangino of West Pittsburg is announcing the engagement of his daughter, Jodi Lynn Mangino, and Phillip Andrew Evans. The bride-to-be is also a daughter of the late Sherry Mangino.
She is a graduate of New Castle High School and the Bradford School, Pittsburgh. She is a medical assistant.
The future groom is a son of David and Tina Evans of Derby, England. He graduated from Loughborough University, Loughborough, England, and is a graphic designer.
A wedding is being planned for Oct. 24 at Shottle Hall in Belper, England.
