James and Deborah Coulter of New Wilmington are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Sue Coulter, and Charles Craig Lewis, both of New Bedford. He is a son of Chad Lewis of New Castle and Janet Carrigan of North Carolina.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilmington High School.
Her future groom is a graduate of Laurel High School.
Their wedding will take place June 8, 2013, at New Wilmington Methodist Church with a reception at the Shenango Social Hall in Pulaski Township.
