Phillip J. Mostyn and Tammie L. Mostyn of New Castle are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their son, Phillip John Mostyn II, and Jessica Ann Spencer, both residents of Stuart, Va.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Greg and Barb Spencer of Ferrum, Va.
She graduated in 2004 from Patrick County High School and from Ferrum College, May 3, 2008, where she received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education endorsement. She is a teacher.
Her fiancé is also a 2004 Patrick County High School alumnus. He works as receiving supervisor for Virginia Furniture Market.
The couple will wed on June 21, 2008, at Pocahontas Baptist Church, Bassett, Va.
