Minto New Castle News Joseph and Julie Lutz of 14 Fairground Road and Martin and Renee Minto of Myrtle Beach, S.C., are announcing the engagement of their children. The betrothed are Amber Jo Lutz, also of Fairground Road, and Matthew C. Minto of 1975 Mercer-New Wilmington Road, New Wilmington. Miss Lutz graduated in 2005 from Laurel High School. She attends Slippery Rock University, expecting to graduate in December 2008. Her fiancé graduated high school from the Western Pennsylvania Cyber Carter School and is also a student at SRU. He will graduate in May 2009. The couple’s wedding plans were not revealed.
