McIntyre New Castle News Frank and Judith McIntyre of New Castle are announcing the engagement and autumn wedding plans for their son, Justin Edward McIntyre, and Lisa Marie Foery. The bride-to-be is a daughter of Paul and Sandra Foery of Rochester, N.Y. The betrothed are residents of Wexford. The future groom is a graduate of Neshannock High School and Mercyhurst College. He is a senior IT audit consultant with S.R. Snodgrass. His fiancée graduated from Greece Athena High School and is also a Mercyhust alumna. She is an account executive with Delaware Valley Underwriters Agency. A wedding on Sept. 27, 2008, is being planned for St. Margaret Mary Church, Rochester, N.Y.
