Samuel and Jane Foltz of 788 State Route 18, New Wilmington, are announcing the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Shelley Anne Foltz, and Mark Alexander Dill. Both are residents of Pensacola, Fla. The future groom’s parents are Leonard Dill of California and Joan Branch of Jacksonville, Fla.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilmington High School and Westminster College. She is a crime scene technician.
Her fiancé is an alumnus of Robert E. Lee Senior High School and the University of Maryland. He is a flight simulator instructor. He is also a retired Air Force pilot.
A ceremony on June 28, 2008, is being planned at the chapel at Westminster College.
